Full Time Evening Shift, Part Time Evening and Night Shifts & Per Diem Pay Rate:

$40.33 - $52.33/hour (based on experience + shift differential)

Key Responsibilities:

Admit, transfer, and discharge residents Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans Document care in EHR and contribute to resident assessments (MDS/RAPs) Administer medications, treatments, and enteral nutrition per physician orders Recognize and report changes in resident conditions promptly Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare partners Attend mandatory trainings and complete annual Relias requirements

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (ADN or BSN) Current New Jersey RN License Benefits for
