Full Job Description Description:

BrightStar Care of Gloucester County is seeking an experienced Infusion Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse who enjoys one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, and autonomy in a supportive home health environment. We are seeking a clinically strong RN who can deliver infusion therapy in the home, including antibiotics, IVIG, TPN, hydration, and specialty biologics.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality infusion nursing care in clients' homes Perform patient assessments and collaborate with care teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and PICC/port care Safely access and manage ports, PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs Communicate effectively with pharmacies, physicians, and BrightStar Care staff

Requirements:

Active RN license in New Jersey Minimum of 2 years of infusion experience Strong IV skills and experience with ports and PICCs Current BLS certification Reliable transportation and valid driver's license EMR proficiency and strong clinical judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in home health or specialty pharmacy support Familiarity with infusion therapies such as IVIG, Remicade, TPN, and biologics Why BrightStar Care?
