Duties Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and safety, ensuring optimal aesthetic outcomes. Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. Administer esthetic laser treatments that meet your clients needs. Manage client consultations by explaining procedures clearly, addressing questions, and setting realistic expectations. Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all safety protocols during procedures to ensure a sterile environment. Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and building our online community through product demos and client success stories. Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, upselling appropriate products or additional treatments, and ensuring clients leave satisfied. Stay current on industry trends. Experience Valid nursing license with experience in cosmetic or med spa settings preferred. Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with a strong understanding of facial anatomy. Experience in customer service roles emphasizing guest satisfaction through effective communication skills. Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with healthcare standards to ensure client safety during all procedures. Ability to educate clients about skincare products through product demos and recommend appropriate retail sales strategies. Strong interpersonal skills combined with hospitality experience to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
