What You'll Do:

Circulate and scrub for a range of surgical procedures in accordance with safety and quality standards Closely monitor patients before, during, and after operations, providing skilled, compassionate care Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure seamless teamwork and coordination Maintain a sterile environment, uphold strict infection control protocols, and ensure proper documentation Respond swiftly to emergent situations, demonstrating sound clinical judgment

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent Operating Room experience preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to new settings and work collaboratively within diverse teams
