Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and perioperative management before, during, and after surgical procedures. Safely administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond effectively to emergencies. Work collaboratively with surgeons, surgical techs, and anesthesia providers, keeping communication seamless in a high-intensity environment. Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control standards. Thoroughly document patient information and support families with compassionate communication.

Qualifications:

Active RN license (state of NJ or compact). Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional perioperative certifications preferred). Proficiency in surgical safety protocols and ability to multitask efficiently.
