Key Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

Patient Assessment & Care Planning:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Supervision & Leadership:

Assist with staffing and scheduling, provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Quality Improvement:

Assist with quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and presentation.

Communication & Collaboration:

Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and seamless transitions of care.

Patient Education:

Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive measures, and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:

Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in NJ Previous experience as an RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Experience with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis Why us?
