Job Description:

RN Nurse will provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff including assignments RN nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols Monitor and maintain patient safety and quality of care Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members including doctors Provide support to patients and their families Manage new admissions and collaborate with doctors on plan of care

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey RN (Registered Nurse) license.
