Travel assignment with flexible scheduling to maximize work-life balance
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications Strong critical thinking and communication skills Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during cardiovascular procedures in the operating room Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs pre, intra, and post-surgery Collaborate effectively with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain a sterile and safe operating field in compliance with infection control standards Document procedures and patient responses accurately and promptly
