Qualifications:
Valid RN license in New Jersey (or compact state) Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Exceptional assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Deliver care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures Monitor patients' status before, during, and post-procedure Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold best safety practices Educate patients and families regarding procedures, post-care, and cardiac health
