Develops, monitors, and communicates staffing schedules, and makes daily adjustments as necessary. Responsible for preparation and oversight of the clinical staffing operating budget. Provides adequate levels of staff to ensure safe and effective nursing care. Resolves conflicts, mediates, and ensures compliance with policies by employees and physicians Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associates degree in nursing required, a bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Current, active, unencumbered RN licensure. 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) or successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification. ACLS or successful completion of ACLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
