The Future Years is a New Jersey DDD provider supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis. This position is ideal for a nurse looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Pay:
$50
  • 65 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Complete agency nursing assessments for individuals receiving DDD services Review medical records, physician orders, and healthcare plans Assist in determining nursing and health-related support needs Provide guidance regarding medication management and health-related policies Consult with agency leadership regarding medical acuity and health-related concerns.
Qualifications Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Valid New Jersey driver's license and reliable transportation Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and electronic documentation systems Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Experience conducting nursing assessments and staff training Familiarity with New Jersey DDD services and regulations Schedule Per diem / as needed Flexible scheduling Local travel The Future Years is committed to providing high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
