Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey RN licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
