As an AtlantiCare RN, you will utilize your skills, experience and education to assess, plan, and evaluate the healthcare needs od patients through direct collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals across the healthcare continuum. Your expertise and clinical skills will contribute to positive patient outcomes, while your communication and teamwork abilities will foster a collaborative and supportive environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi state license required. BLS required. ACLS required within 6 months of hire or transfer Minimum of 8 contact hours of education every 1 year in basic trauma assessment, intervention and stabilization. Minimum of 8 contact hours of education every 1 year in basic stroke assessment, intervention, and NIHSS to be completed by 6 months of hire or transfer and continuously maintained thereafter. ATCN or TNCC is required within 24 months of hire or transfer. PALS or ENPC attained within 12 months of hire or transfer.
