Required Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid in the state of New Jersey (or compact eligible) Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (ACLS preferred) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, dynamic surgical environment
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures in the Operating Room Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and proper sterile technique Conduct patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions preoperatively and postoperatively Assist physicians during procedures and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition Document nursing care accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
