    Hackensack, New Jersey Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)
  • HTP Pre-Op/PACU for a procedural services setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pre-operative care, post-anesthesia recovery, critical care, and telemetry monitoring. Schedule Monday
  • Friday 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM 40 Hours per Week No Weekends No Holidays Requirements Active New Jersey RN License or Multi-State Compact License ASN required BLS (AHA) required ACLS (AHA) required PALS required Telemetry Certification required Minimum 2 years of recent experience in: Critical Care Pre-Operative Nursing PACU/Recovery Room Nursing Strong Telemetry background required Preferred Qualifications BSN preferred 3+ years of PACU experience preferred Interventional Radiology pre-op and recovery experience preferred Responsibilities Perform admission assessments and pre-procedure patient evaluations.
Prepare patients for procedures and coordinate care with physicians and procedural teams. Start and maintain IV access. Provide post-procedure and post-anesthesia recovery care. Monitor patient status, cardiac rhythms, and recovery progress. Administer medications and therapeutic interventions as ordered. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with nursing and regulatory standards.
