Qualifications:

Active RN license with eligibility to practice in New Jersey 2+ years of recent Operating Room circulating and scrubbing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certification required Strong critical thinking and communication abilities Flexible, with a commitment to high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub in operating room procedures, ensuring optimal patient safety and surgical support Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams for coordinated care Prepare, maintain, and verify operating room equipment and supplies Document relevant aspects of patient care and surgical team activities accurately Uphold infection control practices and maintain a sterile field at all times
