Job Description

Job description: Oak Dynamic Health Care LLC, a licensed home care agency in New Jersey, is urgently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to conduct Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) clinical orientation and CHHA training, with roles offering flexible, often per diem or part-time schedules. The training must cover the state-mandated 76-hour curriculum (60 hours classroom/16 hours clinical), which can be delivered in person or online.
Responsibilities for the RN instructor:
Orientation & Training:
Conducting onboarding orientations and training sessions for newly hired CHHAs, ensuring compliance with New Jersey Board of Nursing regulations.
Curriculum Management:
Utilizing approved training programs, which often include 76 hours of total training (60 hours classroom/16 hours clinical).
Skills Assessment:
Evaluating CHHA clinical skills, including bathing, grooming, transferring, and infection control, ensuring they meet state standards.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of training, attendance, and competency evaluations for state compliance. Requirements for the

Licensure:
Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience:
Previous experience in home health care and training/orienting staff is preferred.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with NJ Board of Nursing regulations for CHHAs Must have at least 1 to 2 years of teaching and supervisory experience as a CHHA RN instructor
