Role Description We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team serving patients in nursing homes and office settings in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in both long-term care facilities and outpatient office environments.
