Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team and provide quality patient care across multiple healthcare locations in New York State. The ideal candidate is a skilled nursing professional who is committed to patient care, works well in a clinical environment, and can adapt to different healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients Perform patient assessments and monitor health conditions Administer medications and treatments as required Maintain accurate patient charts and medical documentation Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition Follow healthcare policies, safety standards, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Valid New York State nursing license preferred CPR/BLS certification required Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work in different healthcare environments Experience in hospital, clinic, urgent care, home health, or similar settings preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
Pay:
$70.00 - $85.00 per hour
