Responsibilities Conduct assessments, examinations, and follow-up visits Diagnose and manage common medical conditions within scope of practice Administer treatments and medications as appropriate Travel to assigned healthcare facilities, clinics locations Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans when needed Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Support telehealth consultations when required Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license Relevant certifications and clinical credentials Ability and willingness to travel regularly Strong communication skills Experience in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, home health, or related settings preferred Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems CPR/BLS certification required x8JF7vOX4P
