Opioid Treatment Program Nurse Job Description:
New Jersey Licensed and CARF Accredited, outpatient Opioid Treatment Program is seeking a suitable candidate for the nursing team. This position is responsible for but not limited to, the planning, implementation and/or coordination of medical services under the direction of the Director of Nursing. This includes maintaining the appropriate records and medical files as per state, federal and agency regulations, ensuring that established procedures are followed and clinical standards that are set for treatment planning, the delivery of medication services, and discharge planning and referral services are met.- Coordinates nursing duties with physician and other staff.
- Provides training and supervision of the nursing staff.
- Ensures adequate staffing coverage for medication dispensing hours.
- Completion of all medical admission processes.
- Coordinates annual Physicals and TB testing for all clients.
- Orders medications Monday-Friday 12p-8p
