NPR Certification is required upon hire for experienced nurses and required within 6 months of hire for New to Specialty and New Graduates.

S.T.A.B.L.E.

Certification is required within 1 year of hire. National Certification is preferred. 2 years of previous Neonatal ICU experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.
