Key Qualifications:
Active RN license with no restrictions 2+ years of recent CVOR nursing experience Proficient with cardiac surgical procedures and sterile technique BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver expert nursing care in the Cardiovascular OR across all phases of the surgical process Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes Adhere strictly to infection control, safety protocols, and best practices Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
