Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not a traditional Director of Nursing role. We're seeking a builder, operator, and clinical leader who is energized by growth, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to play a critical role in scaling an innovative healthcare model. The ideal candidate has successfully built, expanded, or transformed clinical operations and is comfortable making strategic decisions while maintaining uncompromising clinical standards. You'll partner closely with operational leadership while serving as the clinical authority for the market—helping shape strategy, build high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional patient and family experiences. What You'll Do Lead Clinical Operations Serve as the senior clinical leader for the New Jersey market Oversee all aspects of patient care delivery, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance Ensure exceptional clinical outcomes, patient safety, and family satisfaction Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives Build and Develop High-Performing Teams Recruit, mentor, and develop clinical leaders and nursing teams Create scalable clinical workflows and operational processes Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, collaboration, and compassion Lead performance management, professional development, and retention efforts Drive Clinical Excellence Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements Lead quality assurance, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives Oversee clinical audits, compliance programs, and corrective action planning Champion patient

Compensation:
$110,000
  • $155,000 + Annual Performance Bonus ( Depending on experience) What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey BSN required; MSN preferred 5+ years of clinical leadership experience 2+ years of recent home health leadership experience Strong knowledge of home health regulations, compliance, and quality programs Experience leading, building, or scaling clinical teams and operations Exceptional communication, leadership, and operational management skills Valid driver's license and ability to work in a hybrid environment Highly Preferred Pediatric home health leadership experience Experience launching, building, or significantly growing clinical operations Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams in rapidly growing organizations Strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership experience Why Join This Organization?
