Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes in patient condition. Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and response to treatment. Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. Ensure quality and continuity of care by adhering to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Dialysis - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.Current and valid state RN License. 2.Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Two (2) Years Experience in Acute Care Hemodialysis nursing required. Emergency - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.Current and valid state RN License. 2.Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3.Current ACLS certificate required 4.Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC 5.Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required. 6.Minimum 1 year of RN ED experience required. Surgery-CVOR
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1.Minimum of one year previous Perioperative experience required. 2.Current and valid New Jersey RN License. 3.BLS (AHA) certification required 4.ACLS (AHA) certification required. Surgery-OR
