Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Cath Lab setting Current BLS and ACLS certifications Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, administering medications as needed Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols Document patient care accurately in the medical record Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
