Job Description
Ocean Surgical Pavilion is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to work collaboratively with our health care team. We are an outpatient endoscopy center open Monday through Friday . We have an enthusiastic and compassionate team that are dedicated to providing high quality care for our patients. We value teamwork and a positive and healthy work environment for our entire team. PACU nursing experience is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. We provide hands on orientation to help you develop the skills and knowledge required for success. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in the endoscopy or health care field.
Key responsibilities include:
prepping and recovering patients in the PACU, assisting physicians and technicians during procedures, handling patient specimens and documentation, calling patients for follow ups and appointment confirmations, and performing other miscellaneous duties as per center needs.Qualifications:
- RN License and BLS
- Proficient in IV insertion
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Strong patient care and assessment skills Hours of work may vary to meet our patient and center needs. Work hours will fluctuate between 6:30am-5pm, Monday
- Friday (8 hour shifts).
Pay:
$40.00- $43.
