Director Of Nursing - Endoscopy Surgery Center

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at our busy 2-room Endoscopy Surgery Center. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining the highest standards of patient care, and supporting an efficient, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical staff Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, and infection control standards Coordinate patient care throughout the perioperative process Lead quality improvement and risk management initiatives Manage staffing, scheduling, competencies, and performance evaluations Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and administration Maintain policies, procedures, and clinical documentation standards Support a positive patient experience and strong team culture

Qualifications:

Current RN license in NJ Previous leadership experience in ambulatory surgery, GI/endoscopy, or perioperative services preferred Strong knowledge of ASC regulations and accreditation standards BLS and ACLS certification required Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

$115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
