Registered Nurse, FULL TIME 3:00PM - 11:00PM

Job Summary Reformed Church Home is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a full-time, 3pm-11pm shift . As a 5-star rated facility, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive, person-centered environment.

Schedule:

Full-time, 3:00pm-11:00pm with shift differential Every other weekend rotation Some holidays and occasional overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide and supervise high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in collaboration with CNAs Administer medications and treatments, and evaluate their therapeutic effectiveness Accurately transcribe, document, and implement physician orders Maintain thorough documentation in nursing notes, care plans, incident reports, and shift reports Assist with admissions, discharges, and skilled nursing procedures as required Promote infection control, equipment safety, and compliance with facility protocols Collaborate with Unit Managers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

Active New Jersey or multi-state RN license in good standing Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Why Join Reformed Church Home?
