This is a part-time contract position ideal for an RN with home care experience. The RN Supervisor will assist with patient assessments, caregiver supervision, compliance, and clinical documentation in accordance with New Jersey home care regulations. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments as needed Supervise HHAs/CHHAs Review care plans and documentation Ensure compliance with state regulations Support agency clinical operations Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred Active New Jersey RN License required Qualifications Active New Jersey RN License Home care experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable and professional Job Type Part-time / Contract Pay $45-$55 per hour
