PM On-Call Requirement:

Yes Pay Rate:

$80/hr on w2 Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and other cardiovascular procedures. Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout procedures. Monitor and interpret physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. Collaborate closely with physicians and the cardiovascular team regarding patient condition and procedural needs. Prepare procedure rooms, verify equipment readiness, and maintain a safe clinical environment. Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available for scheduled procedures. Administer medications and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols. Assist with patient education regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and post-procedure care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance improvement activities. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of New Jersey (or compact eligibility if applicable). Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current BLS (AHA) certification required. Current ACLS certification required and must be maintained. Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care setting . Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms, hemodynamic monitoring, and emergency response protocols. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
