Job Description

A well-established,family-owned pediatric practice in Paterson, New Jersey is seeking a PediatricNurse Practitioner (PNP) to join its growing team. The practice has proudlyserved the community for over 30 years and maintains a strong, loyal patient base. This opportunity offers asupportive and collaborative environment in a large, independent facility withroom for expansion, allowing providers to focus on delivering high-quality,patient-centered care. This is a 100% outpatientposition with no inpatient rounding, deliveries, or call responsibilities,providing an excellent work-life balance. The practice offers flexiblefull-time or part-time scheduling, with optional Saturday coverage available.
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degreein Nursing from an accredited program Certification as a PediatricNurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Active or eligible for NewJersey Nurse Practitioner licensure Current DEA registration (orability to obtain) Strong clinical assessmentand diagnostic skills Excellent communication andpatient education abilities Commitment to compassionate,patient-centered pediatric care About the
