50/hr (based on experience) Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will be responsible for scrub and circulating duties across multiple surgical specialties while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the OR Perform both scrub and circulating nurse roles Develop and implement individualized surgical care plans Ensure accurate intraoperative and postoperative documentation Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team members Monitor patient status during surgical procedures Respond quickly to intraoperative changes or emergencies Supervise and support OR support staff Maintain infection control and surgical safety standards Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of acute care Operating Room experience Ability to scrub and circulate independently Strong experience in: General Surgery (laparoscopic & robotic) Orthopedics / Spine / Podiatry Urology ENT Vascular Surgery Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
