Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN)•Residential Treatment Facility Paterson NJ Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking a reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to work at an adolescent residential treatment facility in Passaic County! This will be supporting the acute psychiatric unit, serving up to six adolescents
Location:
Paterson, NJ Schedule:
Monday•
Friday Hours:
8:00am•4:00pm
Assignment:
ASAP•September 2026
Responsibilities:
Medication administration, packing, and reconciliation Transcription and processing of physician orders Daily nursing assessments and triage of youth needs Monitoring psychiatric symptoms and medication effects Light case management and care coordination Collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary staff Accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Current New Jersey RN License BLS Certification required Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, residential, or adolescent settings Current Physical, PPD or Quantiferon within the last 6 months (We reimburse!)
