Hours/Week Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN
  • Mother Baby for an exciting Travel or Local job in Neptune, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care Plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans Perform comprehensive assessments and identify patient care priorities Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions in postpartum and newborn care Coordinate and manage care for assigned patients Document care accurately according to standards and patient acuity Advocate for evidence-based nursing practices Support patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required Active New Jersey RN License or Compact RN License required AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification required Minimum 3+ years of Mother Baby experience required Strong experience in postpartum nursing required Strong knowledge of newborn care Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
Preferred Qualifications:
