Full Job Description Role:
Registered Nurse (Active NJ License)
Location:
Pennington, NJ Duration:
3 months contract with possibilities of extension
Shift:
Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM Rangam is seeking a Registered Nurse who can manage patient care, ensure appropriate treatment plans, and coordinate services across the continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess medical necessity, level of care & length of stay Coordinate care plans with patients, providers & teams Monitor treatment outcomes & resource utilization Support case/disease management & patient compliance Document care & support quality improvement initiatives Mentor/train staff as needed
Requirements:
RN (Associate/Bachelor's) with active NJ license 2+ yrs clinical + 3+ yrs healthcare system experience 2+ yrs payer/case management experience Knowledge of care management, utilization & healthcare systems Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
Job Type:
Contract Pay:
Up to $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
