Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care/ICU Day Shifts Available

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU / Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity clinical team. Hourly Salary Ranges Between:

$40/hr - $65/hr What You'll Do Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting Monitor hemodynamic status, ventilators, and life-support systems Administer complex medications, including IV drips and titrated infusions Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed Perform continuous, detailed patient assessments to detect subtle changes Interpret lab results, diagnostic tests, and clinical data Collaborate with physicians to adjust treatment plans in real time Ensure accurate and timely execution of physician orders Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and specialists Provide clear and thorough handoff reports between shifts Educate patients and families on care plans and critical care processes Maintain precise documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Follow strict infection control and patient safety protocols Ensure all critical care equipment is functioning and readily available Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges from ICU Respond to emergency codes Support orientation and mentorship of new staff Participate in ongoing education and training programs What You Bring BSN required or active enrollment in a BSN program (completion within 3 years) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Critical Care certifications (CCRN preferred) ICU or critical care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why Join This Team?
