Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department | Nights/Evening Shifts Available

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced, patient-centered emergency department. Hourly Salary Ranges Between:

$40/hr - $65/hr Schedule Evening/Night shifts available Full-time opportunities What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an emergency setting Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and escalate care as needed Administer treatments and medications in accordance with physician orders Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify urgent care needs Develop and adjust care plans based on evolving clinical conditions Interpret diagnostic results and communicate findings to physicians Initiate appropriate interventions to support patient stabilization Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in patient handoffs and ensure clear shift-to-shift communication Contribute to patient care rounds and team discussions Follow infection control protocols and safety standards Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety goals Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Respond to emergency codes and critical situations as assigned Participate in ongoing education and training programs Support unit operations and assist team members as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior emergency room/ emergency department experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations Why Join This Team?
