Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Active RN license Prior experience in Cath Lab or similar acute care settings Strong assessment abilities across pediatric to geriatric populations Knowledge of emergency procedures and equipment Commitment to thorough and accurate charting/documentation Familiarity with patient safety protocols, including Universal Protocol Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, tailoring care from pediatric to geriatric patients Deliver competent clinical care and direct patient activities as part of an integrated care team Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of care and patient progress, including education provided Exhibit professionalism, adhering to facility policies and seeking continued professional growth Promote a positive environment centered on patient and family satisfaction, maintaining strict confidentiality Follow all safety standards, using two patient identifiers and demonstrating proper technique Individualize care for surgical patients, adapting to specific procedures and anesthesia types Demonstrate adaptability, prioritizing care and responding to changing patient conditions Provide clear patient and family education, particularly around surgical procedures Support and complete Pre-Admission Testing processes and documentation
