Schedule:

Per Diem / Part-Time / Flexible Hours VT Exquisite Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients throughout New Jersey. As an RN with us, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' health and wellness in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home nursing visits Perform client assessments and evaluations Complete intake visits for new clients Develop and update individualized care plans Make follow-up calls and provide ongoing support to clients and families Communicate effectively with caregivers, physicians, and care coordinators

Requirements:

Active RN license in the State of New Jersey or valid Compact RN License Experience in home care, geriatrics, or community health preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation

Compensation:
