Pediatric Trach/Vent Nurses Full Training Provided + $1K

Trach/Vent Bonus:

Earn a $1,000 bonus when assigned to a trach and/or vent case. We provide paid training and clinical support. New graduate nurses are not eligible. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home. This role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts, along with full training and hands-on support for nurses new to trach and vent care.

Compensation:

Pay Range:

$33-$45 per hour ( Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment. Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers. Maintain patient confidentiality. Provide patient and caregiver education.
