STAT Nurses :
Valid New Jersey Nursing license in good standing. CPR Certified. Willingness to work across Bergen, Passaic, & Hudson County. Willingness to work with all ages; Infant through Geriatric. Willingness to work in all private duty settings; In-Home &In-School. One year of RN experience. Hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience. Pediatric or infant care experience. Commitment to a minimum of two twelve-hour shifts per week. Commitment to work one weekend per month What to Expect As A STAT Nurse STAT nurses get paired with a new admission client and stay with that client on a consistent schedule for about one to one-and-a-half months. After completing this initial care period, you'll be matched with your next client. We offer traditional 12-hour shift options, focusing on hands-on care with one client. Clients' ages range from infants to the elderly, with acuity requirements varying from basic care to complex needs such as trach and vent care. You'll travel to your client's home, stay there for the full shift, and follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Your responsibilities include performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations—all vital to providing top-quality care.
