CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS

Hours between M-F 11a-7p- flexible- 20-30 hours per week

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide nursing coordination for individuals served through regular program and home visits
• Attend medical and psychiatric appointments as necessary
• Conduct regular program visits according to assigned schedules to ensure ongoing monitoring, compliance, and support of program needs

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• NJ RN License
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues
