Job Description
Position Summary The Business Office Associate supports day-to-day administrative, reporting, and operational functions within Nursing Department. This role partners closely with nursing leadership to ensure data accuracy, workforce tracking, financial oversight, and project coordination across multiple initiatives, including telesitting, staffing analytics, and agency utilization. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions Provide support for technology-driven programs that rely on data collection, analysis, and workflow coordination by meeting participation and assisting with ongoing operational and administrative functions. Maintain and reconcile Headcount Lists (HLs) across systems, ensuring accurate tracking of staffing status and vacancy classifications. Manage and update nursing position control data, partnering with managers to ensure accuracy and performing weekly archival uploads. Generate and distribute bi-weekly bonus pay reports, ensuring timely communication via Teams and email. Support agency staffing operations, including assisting with and providing coverage for bi-weekly agency reporting. Audit and process agency invoices by validating API data, coordinating with Accounts Payable, and confirming approval readiness. Coordinate Tier 2 staffing by collecting availability, developing monthly schedules, and communicating with leadership. Participate in weekly position review meetings, analyzing and reporting on vacancy trends and workforce changes. Coordinate onboarding of Central Sterile students, including communication, documentation management, scheduling, and ID creation. Experience Requirements Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field)Experience:
