Job Duties :
Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine immediate needs and ongoing care plans. Administer medications and treatments with precision, including IV infusions, sedation, pain management protocols, and specialized procedures like tube feeding or ventilator management. Monitor patients continuously using advanced equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps; promptly respond to changes in condition. Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems like Cerner or Epic; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and hospital policies.
