Registered Nurse- Part Time, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, Outpatient Oncology, Atlantic Health Overlook Medical Center

Atlantic Health is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Oncology team. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered oncology care in the ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities Include:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans Administering medications and monitoring patients for side effects or adverse reactions Educating patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and symptom management Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in patient condition Maintaining accurate and complete patient records Coordinating care with healthcare providers and support services Recording patient vital signs and medical information Supporting a compassionate and safe patient experience Performing other related duties as assigned

Required:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license BLS certification

Preferred:
