38 Hours/Week Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse- Operating Room (OR) for a travel assignment in Summit, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures Maintain sterile techniques and ensure infection control standards are followed Monitor patient condition throughout surgical procedures Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operations Administer medications and document patient care accurately in EMR systems Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and recovery Collaborate effectively with healthcare staff to ensure smooth OR workflow Requirements Active RN License- Required BLS Certification
- Required Minimum 1 Year of OR Nursing Experience
- Required CNOR Certification
- Preferred Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and surgical procedures Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Compensation PackageTravelers/Stipend Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $80.
