50/hr (based on experience) Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality neonatal care. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Evaluate NICU patients and assist physicians with care delivery Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Perform ongoing patient assessments and identify care priorities Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions in NICU setting Document patient care according to clinical standards Manage and coordinate assigned patient care Support evidence-based nursing practices Provide family-centered neonatal care Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year NICU or related specialty experience ASN required (BSN preferred) BLS (AHA) required NRP (AHA) required Active NJ RN license or Compact license required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
