  • 7:30 AM | 3 Shifts/Week (36-37.
5 Hours) | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call | Floating Required (Pediatrics / PICU as needed)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • NICU for an exciting Contract assignment in Neptune, NJ .
Responsibilities:
Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Administer medications and therapeutic interventions safely and accurately Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care Document patient care accurately and in compliance with clinical standards Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate care appropriately Educate and support families throughout the neonatal care process Maintain infection control and patient safety standards Float to Pediatrics and PICU units as required based on operational needs
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of NICU or related acute care experience required Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; BSN preferred Current BLS Certification (AHA) required NRP Certification (AHA) required Active New Jersey RN License or Compact State RN License required Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in high-acuity, fast-paced environments Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
