Schedule:
4x10 hour shifts weekly, 7:00am - 5:30pm One weekend on call per month (24 hours Saturday, 12 hours Sunday) Scrubs provided
Qualifications:
Active and current RN licensure in New Jersey Minimum 3 years of experience as an OR nurse, both circulating and scrubbing Advanced skillset (3+ years) working with Orthopedic Spine, robotic procedures, and trauma cases Proficient in adapting to dynamic and fast-paced surgical environments
Key Responsibilities:
Circulate and scrub for a diverse range of procedures, prioritizing orthopedic spine, trauma, and robotic cases Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adhere to state and facility guidelines for patient care, safety, and documentation Demonstrate flexibility and efficient decision-making, especially during on-call shifts
